Chrona provides free, browser-based sleep planning tools including a bedtime calculator, nap calculator, caffeine cutoff calculator, and sleep debt tracker, as well as editorial guides covering sleep science. All calculations are performed client-side in your browser and are intended solely for general informational and educational purposes.

All calculated times and figures are estimates based on commonly cited scientific averages (e.g., a 90-minute sleep cycle, a 5–6-hour caffeine half-life). We make no warranty — express or implied — that any calculation will be accurate for any particular individual or situation.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any system or network connected to it.
  • Transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
